Move-In / Move-Out Procedures

To ensure a smooth process and minimize disruption to other residents, all move-ins and move-outs must follow the community guidelines below.

Approved Moving Hours

Monday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Moving vehicles must leave the property by 6:00 PM and are not permitted to remain on the property overnight.
  • Pods, U-Boxes, and moving containers are not permitted anywhere on the property.
  • Moving vehicles must not block roadways or major intersections within the community. Please ensure traffic flow is maintained at all times.
Failure to follow these rules may result in fines or deductions from your security deposit.

Mandatory Orientation

All new residents are required to complete the San Matera online orientation prior to moving in.

Management will send the orientation link to you via email. Please do not attempt to complete the orientation until you have received this communication from management.

Additional Requirements

In addition to completing the orientation:

  • An annual parking permit fee of $20.00 must be paid.
  • Residents may optionally purchase an RFID device for convenient gate access for $50.00.

Important

Move-in approval is not granted until the orientation has been completed and all required steps have been finalized.

Residents who move into the community prior to receiving Association approval will be considered unauthorized occupants and may be subject to violations and enforcement action.
