How do I change my password?

To change your password, log in to your portal.  Go to Residential Services at the top menu bar and then select Your Information.  There you will see the button for change password.  Your new password:  Can be a mixture of letters, numbers, and punctuation.  Must be at least 6 characters.  It is case sensitive - passwords must be entered exactly, so if you use capital letters in creating your new password you must use them whenever you use the new password to log in (e.g. "miami115" vs "MIAMI115").  We recommend you don't use common words or names that could easily be guessed by someone else.
